Red Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus)

• Traditionally used by midwives as a uterine tonic, raspberry leaf helps support:

Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica)

Every pregnancy and labour is unique. This tea is designed to support — not replace — your body’s natural wisdom and your care team’s guidance.

34–35 weeks: 1 cup daily

36–37 weeks: 2 cups daily

38+ weeks: 3–4 cups daily

For 1 cup: Steep 1 heaped tablespoon in boiling water for 20 minutes (covered)

For 1 litre of tea: Add 4 tablespoons herbs to a mason jar or French press, add boiling water, steep for 20mins up to 4 hours with the lid on.

Strain & can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days

Re-heat & can add honey or blackstrap molasses to taste
