Folic Acid & Iodine
Healthed.govt.nz website has tons of great resources including this leaflet on the importance of Folic acid and Iodine early in your pregnancy.
Plunket has a great resource on their website about nutrition during pregnancy. It will help keep you fit and your baby to develop and grow.
Food Safety
This pdf is chocked full of advice on which foods are safe to eat and how to prepare them if they're not. It also gives advice on which foods to avoid altogether.
